Physical Statues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like us to provide a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

2. Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the cost of return shipping if applicable).

Digital Files (STL and 3MF)

All sales of digital files are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these items. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.

Courses & Subscriptions Including (Authorized Seller license)

All course sales & Subscriptions are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing course content, please contact us for assistance.
