Physical Statues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like us to provide a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

2. Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the cost of return shipping if applicable).

Digital Files (STL and 3MF)

All digital file sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made. Please double-check all product details before completing your order.

Refunds will not be issued for unused or forgotten coupon codes, including membership discounts. Additionally, please be careful not to purchase duplicate files, as we cannot provide refunds for accidental repeat purchases.
