All digital sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the nature of digital products:

• Files cannot be “returned” once delivered

• Refunds will not be issued for:

• • Unused, forgotten, or expired discount codes

  • Retroactive application of promotions or membership discounts

  • Price differences due to sales, promotions, or future discounts

  • All discounts must be applied at the time of purchase.

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Incorrect file selection

  • Lack of technical knowledge or printer capability

  • Failure to read product descriptions or requirements

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once purchased, regardless of access or usage.

Important:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their equipment and software.

• We do not guarantee print success, as results depend on user settings, materials, and hardware.

Courses & Subscriptions (Including Seller Licenses)

All sales are final and non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for partial use, lack of completion, or change of mind. All sales are final and non-refundable once purchased, regardless of access or usage.

• Subscription fees are recurring unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle

• You are responsible for managing your subscription status

• All digital course sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered after purchase.

Access Issues:

• If you experience technical issues accessing content, contact us and we will assist in resolving access problems

License & Usage

• Digital files and memberships grant a limited, non-transferable license, not ownership

• Unauthorized redistribution, resale of files, or violation of license terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Revocation of license rights without refund

  • Potential legal action

General Limitations of Liability

• Products are sold “as is” without guarantees beyond what is stated

• We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Improper printing, scaling, or material choices

  • Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of our products or files

• Not intended for children unless explicitly stated

Physical Products (Statues, Prints, and Merchandise)

We accept returns under the conditions below:

1. Eligibility Window

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

• Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• We reserve the right to deny or reduce refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or improper handling.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If a return label is provided by us, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or environmental conditions (heat, moisture, impact, etc.)

• Items not returned in original packaging

• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Important)

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• You must provide clear photo evidence of the item and packaging.

• Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds may be partially reduced if the item is not returned in original condition.

7. Refused Deliveries / Invalid Addresses

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.

• Refunds (if issued) will exclude original and return shipping costs.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

• By purchasing, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

• Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in denial of future service and supporting documentation will be provided to dispute the claim.
